Seller
These terms of sale apply to purchases made on YTMasters from Ludovic Wipier, sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise), trading as ZKYSolutions, SIRET 884 525 726 00029, 14 rue Jean-Baptiste Quintin, 78200 Soindres, France, reachable at [email protected].
Scope
They supplement the terms of use. Any purchase implies accepting them, as reminded before each payment.
Offers
YTMasters offers monthly subscriptions (Pro, Pro MAX) that increase the stock of free packs, speed up their refill, raise the number of simultaneous market sales, give a 15-card Pro pack every day and unlock market price statistics, permanent bonuses, and bundles of coins and Premium packs. These are digital content usable only in the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be converted or refunded in money, and cannot be resold outside the game. The content of a pack is drawn at random; the odds per rarity are shown in the game rules.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros in the Shop at the time of purchase. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed when confirming. Any increase in a subscription price is announced at least 30 days before it applies, and the player may cancel before then.
Ordering
Purchases are made from the Shop, signed in to an account with a verified email address. Before paying, the player sees the offer and its price, and expressly requests immediate delivery, waiving the right of withdrawal. Payment takes place on a secure Stripe page. A confirmation is sent by email.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. YTMasters never sees or stores card numbers. A purchase is only delivered once Stripe confirms the payment.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and automatic to the player's account as soon as payment is confirmed: coins, packs and bonuses appear right away, subscription benefits apply right away.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance began after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of that right. Before each payment, the player requests immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal; this consent is timestamped, kept and restated in the confirmation email.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically at each due date until cancelled. The player can cancel at any time from the Shop: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is then not renewed, with no refund for the current period. When the subscription ends, the free limits apply again; packs already in stock are kept. Switching from Pro to Pro MAX costs the price difference between the two subscriptions: Pro MAX applies immediately, for one month from the switch, then renews at the Pro MAX price. Switching from Pro MAX to Pro takes effect at the next renewal, with no fee and no refund.
Countries where buying packs is prohibited
In countries whose law prohibits selling paid random content, including Belgium, buying packs and coins is disabled. If the card or billing address still comes from one of these countries, the payment is cancelled before any charge.
Minors
A minor must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian before any purchase.
Account
Purchased content is tied to the player's account. If the account is deleted at the player's request, it is lost without refund. If the account is suspended for cheating or breach of the terms of use, it may be lost.
Conformity and complaints
Digital content is supplied as described in the offer, under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If there is a problem (purchase not delivered, error), the player writes to [email protected]: the publisher restores the content or refunds the purchase concerned.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
