Terms of use

1. The service
YTMasters is a free card collecting game, published by Ludovic Wipier (see the legal notice). Creating an account, or signing in with Google, means you accept these terms and the game rules. Minors need a parent's permission to play.
2. Your account
One account per person and per device. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Your username, bio and team name must not contain insulting, racist, sexist, hateful or sexual content, nor impersonate anyone.
3. Cards, coins and cosmetics
Cards, coins, packs and cosmetics are virtual game items. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, on YTMasters or elsewhere; they are not refundable, except in the cases provided for in the terms of sale. Their value and the game rules may change, in particular a card's rarity, which follows the channel's subscriber count.
4. Optional purchases
The game remains entirely playable for free. Subscriptions, bonuses, coins and packs sold in euros are optional and governed by the terms of sale.
5. Seasons and teams
Every month, a season ranks players and teams by the points earned by completing quests and claiming the daily reward; the top players receive game rewards. A team is created by a player, its leader, who invites and removes members. The publisher may remove a player or team from a ranking, withdraw a reward or disband a team in case of cheating, an inappropriate name or breach of these terms.
6. Cheating and abuse
The following are prohibited: bots and scripts, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts, transferring cards or coins between accounts of the same person, manipulating rankings (in particular by putting several accounts of the same person in a team), harassment. In case of breach, the account may be warned, its username reset, or suspended without notice. You can dispute a decision at [email protected].
7. Channel content
Channel information comes from the YouTube Data API. By using YTMasters, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YTMasters is not affiliated with YouTube, nor endorsed by YouTube or by the creators. A creator can remove their channel from the game on Remove my channel; the matching cards then disappear from collections.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. It may be changed, interrupted or shut down. The publisher cannot be held liable for the loss of virtual game items.

These terms may change; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. They are governed by French law.
