Their music expresses the bold, loud sound of today’s Japanese youth. Rei Kuromiya (vocals) Aya Kuromiya (bass) BRATS began in August 2011 when Rei Kuromiya became a vocalist at the age of 10. Rei’s sister Aya Kuromiya plays the bass. BRATS released the song “Ainikoiyo” in 2016 as the opening theme for the anime series "To Be Hero", and the follow-up single “Nounai Shoukyo Game” was chosen for the feature film action comedy Slavemen. BRATS released their double-single “Ainikoiyo”/“Nounai Shoukyo Game” worldwide on June 21, 2017. Their debut album BRATS was released July 25, 2018.
