Welcome to The Art of Aaron Blaise. I’m an animator, director, and wildlife artist who has spent a lifetime drawing and telling stories. I worked for over twenty years at Disney on films like The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan, and co-directed Brother Bear, which received an Academy Award nomination for Best Animated Feature. Since then, I’ve focused on creating my own projects, including the hand-drawn short film Snow Bear, and on teaching artists around the world through CreatureArtTeacher.com. On this channel, I share lessons, demos, and behind-the-scenes process covering drawing, painting, animation, and visual storytelling.
