CFrank Sinatra
Born in Hoboken on 12/12/1915; Died in Los Angeles in 1998 Frank Sinatra, whose real name was Francis Albert Sinatra, is a singer and actor. From 1935-1940, he developped his career, focusing more on music, with radio shows and a hundreds of songs he recorded, as “Whithout A Song”. He has sold over 150 million records worldwide. In 1943 he appeared for the first time in the cinema, in "Reveille With Beverly". Thereafter, he multiplies radio shows, such as “Light Up Time”. In 1948, he acts in a second film, "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" and then in a third, "On The Town". Following his performance in "From Here To Eternity" and in "The Man With The Golden Arm", he received Academy Awards in 1953 and 1956. As a singer, he performed a great career, with about 60 years of American popular music, covering all styles of music (jazz, blues, twist ...).
