Hello and welcome to my cryptology channel! I am Nils, a cryptology maniac and specialist. Currently, I lead the development of the open-source software CrypTool 2. In my professional life, I work as a professor at the Hochschule Niederrhein (University of Applied Sciences) and the Cyber Campus NRW in the realm of IT security. Previously, I worked as a post-doc at the University of Siegen in the DECRYPT project, where we collected, analyzed, and decrypted historical ciphertexts from around the world.
