Hi friends ! I am Tanvi (NASM Certified Personal Trainer) and I went on a 100-week Fitness Journey along with my 9-5 Software Job and documented it entirely on my Instagram @iwillgetlean. I lost over 45 lbs during this journey, gained my certification and came out with a wealth of experience in time-management, fitness, nutrition, sustainability and FOREVER FITNESS. "The FitGrit" is all about building your "grit" to achieve the body of your dreams. I have created several workout challenges to keep your interested in your fitness journey and PUSH your mental and physical limits.
