I'm a Norwegian guy who want to entertain and inspire people to free their authentic self. I overcame social anxiety by embarrassing myself in public. In college I started doing hidden camera stunts. After facing a lot of social fear I appeared fearless on the outside. But I was still approval-seeking and insecure on the inside. So I had to face some internal fears, and dedicated thousands of hours to meditation. I make videos on social, mental and spiritual freedom, in an entertaining way.
