Founded in May 2018 by Chairman K.W. Chang out of a passion for aviation, STARLUX Airlines is a luxury carrier dedicated to safety and exceptional service. As a SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline, STARLUX was named "World’s Cleanest Airline" in 2026 and earned Airline Ratings' top "7-Star Plus" safety rating, reflecting excellence in safety, service, and passenger experience. Operating an eco-efficient AIRBUS next-gen fleet of 36 aircraft (A321neo, A330neo, A350-900, A350-1000), STARLUX flies from its Taipei (TPE) and Taichung (RMQ) hubs to 30+ destinations across Asia, North America, and Europe, strengthening Taiwan as a global transit hub. 2018年5月，星宇航空誕生，創辦人張國煒本著對航空的熱愛及深耕產業之決心，打造一家精品航空公司，兼顧飛航安全及服務品質，帶給人們安心又高質感的飛行體驗。 星宇航空為SKYTRAX認證五星航空公司，並於2026年首度拿下「全球最整潔航空公司」；同時亦獲Airline Ratings「7-Star Plus」最高等級飛安評級，展現在飛安、服務與旅客體驗等面向的綜合實力。 考量環保節能及機艙舒適，全機隊引進AIRBUS新世代機種A321neo、A330neo、A350-900及A350-1000，機隊規模達36架。 星宇航空目前以台北（TPE）、台中（RMQ）為基地，飛往亞洲、北美及歐洲等30+個航點，強化台灣作為全球轉運樞紐。
