Formed in 1989 Right Said Fred rose to fame in 1991 with the release of 'I’m Too Sexy’. The single reached the Billboard US #1 slot in Feb 1992, making it the first debut since The Beatles to achieve that chart position. The band also have another 3 Billboard US #1 writing credits to their name through their collaborations with Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Drake. Their debut album ‘Up’ reached #1 and Multi-Platinum status. ‘Fredhead’ and ‘Stand Up’ albums were both top 10. ‘Stand Up (For the Champions)’ has become a sports anthem, being used at The World Cup, Premier League, NFL, South African Official Sports anthem + many more. Right Said Fred have sold over 30,000,000 units worldwide. The band have also had songs featured in Shrek, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Love Island, X-Factor, NCIS, Dynasty, Despicable 4, The Nanny, Sex and The City, Strictly Come Dancing, Angry Birds and many more.
