He has composed scores for over 30 films, 140 teledramas, and 40 theatre productions. Navarathna released his first solo CD album "Sanda Eliyen Dothak" in 2004. His collection of spiritual music, "Dhamma," was released under Fontana Music Library and published by Warner Chappell.
