Official YouTube channel of Purnesh Purnesh (formerly Swami Purnachaitanya) is an author, speaker, and teacher of yoga, meditation, and Sanskrit mantras. Known for his engaging storytelling and ability to simplify ancient wisdom, he has inspired people across the world. Born in the Netherlands to a Dutch father and Indian mother, he moved to India after university to study Vedic knowledge and traditions, and lived as a monk for over a decade. During this time, as a disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Purnesh has taught programs in 30+ countries. He is also the bestselling author of Looking Inward, and has become a unique bridge between the East and the West. He now lives in the Netherlands with his dear partner Rowena, where they founded Just Be (www.justbe.org), a free initiative to share meditation and Vedic wisdom.
