Be My Eyes is a free mobile app designed to bring sight to people who are blind or have low vision. It harnesses the power of generosity, technology and human connection to help blind and low vision individuals lead more independent lives. By the tap of a button, the app establishes a live video connection between the blind or low vision user and a sighted volunteer. With over 1 million volunteers in the community, the Be My Eyes users can request assistance in more than 180 languages. Every day, volunteers sign onto Be My Eyes to lend their sight to blind and low vision individuals to tackle challenges and solve problems together.
