Compassion & Choices is a national nonprofit dedicated to improving care, expanding options, and empowering everyone to chart their own end-of-life journey. Rooted in the belief that individuals should have the right to make informed healthcare decisions, we provide advocacy and education to advance policies prioritizing autonomy, dignity, and comfort. Through public education, policy advocacy, and healthcare partnerships, we help shift cultural and institutional attitudes toward end-of-life care. We equip individuals and families with tools and info for meaningful conversations and values-driven decisions reflecting their beliefs. By championing end-of-life options and promoting patient-centered care, Compassion & Choices seeks to ensure no one dies without needed care and support. Death is deeply personal; everyone deserves agency, support, and compassion through life’s final chapter.
