Cil isn’t afraid to pour her heart out on a track. Singing with the kind of soul you can’t teach, she untangles messy relationships, the turbulence of mental health, feelings of betrayal, premonitions of lust, and life-changing epiphanies without filter or apology. The Colorado-born, Los Angeles-based artist has unassumingly emerged as a phenomenon on her own terms with a hard-hitting, yet hypnotic R&B pop sound. As a kid, she diligently taught herself how to play piano, sing, and pen songs. Relocating to Los Angeles, Cil began to stake her claim in 2023 with tracks like “One More Shot, and “Bloodsucker,” and earned the ultimate co-sign when Stevie Nicks handpicked her to open a series of sold-out arena shows. In 2025, she holds nothing back on her new single “You’re a Liar, You Love Me” and the EP to follow, both created alongside Evan Blair [Benson Boone, Rosie]. Cutting deeper than ever, Cil pulls everyone closer with more music and shows on the horizon.
