Shelley Lubben is one of the world's leading advocates in the anti-pornography movement who launched a massive online campaign against the porn industry in 2004 through her web site at www.shelleylubben.com. A former porn star who performed under the stage name of Roxy, she left the porn industry in 1994 when she caught Genital Herpes, a non-curable disease and HPV, which later led to cervical cancer where she had half of her cervix removed. She is the founder of Pink Cross Foundation, a nonprofit that reaches out to women in porn and sex work offering a way out as well as educating porn viewers with large doses of truth about the reality of porn at www.thepinkcross.org She is author of the most eye-opening book, "Truth Behind the Fantasy of Porn," where she gives a detailed candid account into the underworld of porn and how she escaped that hell.
