The erstwhile 'Department of Ayush' was given an independent status by upgrading it to 'Ministry of Ayush' on 9th November 2014. This gave a much-needed thrust to the Government's effort to ensure the optimal development and propagation of the Ayush system of health care. This platform of the Ministry of Ayush mainly comprises videos educating and informing the public about different branches of Ayush i.e. Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy and Sowa Rigpa. This channel communicates the Ministry's schemes, developments, innovations, etc. to the public. It also strives to bring awareness among the general masses about the various Ayush systems.
