Meanwhile, his lyrics remain as deeply personal as ever, acting as a journal that navigates the loss of his beloved cats, broken relationships and the broken state of the nation. Few would’ve expected Baskara Putra to pivot to a parallel solo career as Hindia and reach even greater heights through his now-classic 2019 debut album Menari dengan Bayangan and its ambitious double-length follow-up from 2023, Lagipula Hidup akan Berakhir.
