Laze had his first dip in the hip hop scene back in 2007 after winning his first rap battle at the age of only 15. Ever since then Laze had won major rap battle competitions and people crowned him as The Freestyle King in Indonesia Today, Laze is known for his clever Indonesian lyricism and wordplay. He is one of the best Indonesian speaking rapper out right now, and is a part of the infamous hip hop collective ONAR. Laze released a full-Bahasa album entitled “Waktu Bicara” in 2018 which stands as the follow up for his independently released full-English mixtape titled “Vacant Room” in 2015. Both albums are highly regarded as solid projects & was well received both by music fans & critics.
