If you want to learn about drinks, this is the place for you. Art of Drink is all about cocktails, soda, wine, beer, distilling and even water. If it's liquid and you can drink it, I'll eventually get around to making it. About Darcy O'Neil I've been writing about drinks since 2004 and started Art of Drink in 2005 then wrote the book Fix the Pumps: The History of the American Soda Fountain in 2009 (over 10,000 copies sold!). I originally studied chemistry and worked in research labs for 15 years, and recently we purchased 12 acres of farmland to start a vineyard and maybe a winery. The future looks interesting.
