🅿️ | CarparkRecords is an independent record label based in Washington, D.C. Established in 1999, the label began in New York City as an outlet for up-and-coming IDM, ambient, and experimental sounds. Over the years, Carpark has expanded into a larger family of imprint labels and offshoots - Company Records, Wax Nine, Paw Tracks and Acute. Alumni include Beach House, Dan Deacon, Toro y Moi, Palm and Cloud Nothings. The label continues to work with exciting, genre-bending bands such as The Beths, Dent May, Ducks Ltd., Fat Tony, Skylar Spence, Speedy Ortiz and more.
